Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of Better Together. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Template notice. This document is a good-faith starting template and is not legal advice. Better Together will replace it with counsel-reviewed Terms before general release. If you need clarification in the meantime, contact support@future-forward.tech.
1. Who we are
Better Together is operated by Ecosystemone LLC ("Better Together", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered at [registered address to be added]. Better Together is a platform that lets organizations build AI Digital Doubles of their people and rehearse decisions, workflows, and meetings in simulation. References to the "Service" mean the Better Together website, applications, Simulation Studio, Workflow Gym, and related features.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Digital Doubles and consent
A Digital Double is built from evidence about a specific person — interviews, decision incidents, psychometrics, and work artifacts. Because of this:
- You may create a Digital Double only of yourself, or of a person who has given documented, informed consent to being modeled.
- Organizations deploying Doubles for their teams are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid consent basis for each person modeled.
- A person may withdraw consent at any time, after which their Double is deactivated and its underlying evidence handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create a Digital Double of a person without their consent, or use a Double to impersonate a real person outside the Service.
- Present a Double's simulated output as the actual statement, decision, or commitment of the person it models.
- Attempt to extract another person's confidential information, memory, or evidence through prompts to their Double.
- Scrape, copy, or resell content, simulations, or evaluation data outside the features we provide.
- Use the Service to send spam, harass, or discriminate against others.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including interviews, work artifacts, assessment responses, and messages ("Your Content"). You grant Better Together a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content to the extent needed to operate the Service — including building, calibrating, and running Digital Doubles and simulations. You may delete Your Content or your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Organization workspaces
When you use the Service inside an organization's workspace, that organization controls the workspace, including which members can access which Doubles, simulations, and artifacts. Workspace administrators may access content created within the workspace in accordance with the organization's own policies. Better Together processes workspace data on the organization's instructions.
7. Simulated outputs
Digital Doubles produce simulations — predictions of how a person might reason or respond. Simulated outputs are not statements of fact, professional advice, or a substitute for human judgment. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Service, and Better Together does not guarantee that a Double's behavior will match the modeled person in any specific situation.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including simulation content, scoring logic, software, and branding, is owned by Ecosystemone LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, email providers, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Better Together does not guarantee any specific business outcome from using Digital Doubles or simulations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Together and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD 100.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Better Together or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
